F5 information overload. And free music!

For those who couldn't make it a couple weeks ago, Nato Caliph and Earthworms completely tore Austin up during the annual South by Southwest Festival. F5 really held it down and rep'd St. Louis as best as we could. Met some amazing artists, made some great contacts and we are all total focused on the rest of 2008.

In honor of the craziness that is SXSW, F5 offers this free download mixtape that was given out during that week. It was put together by Chicago's DJ Pickel and features old and new F5 music. Everything from BNP to Hi Fidel to Nato. Take a listen.

And be sure to check out DJ Trog's F5 Podcast.

Remember to check out Nato and Earthworms on April 12th at The Bluebird w/ Animate Objects and Lovers in Arms from Chicago. Earthworms will be backed by a full band, THE 35s!(flyer below)
DJ Crucial is at Gramophone every Thursday with Needles of course.
Also take a listen to the latest Hi Fidel audio interview that you can stream directly from the News section on the side panel.

Be sure to pick up or download all the latest F5 material from Rockwell Knuckles, Hi Fidel, and our newest group Twilight Sentinels (Indianapolis) in addition to Nato and Earthworms. Its been a busy 8 months of us here at F5 and we are grateful for the support we are receiving locally and nationally. It has truly been a rewarding and eye opening time.

Shouts to Loudmouth, DJ Orion (Austin), Black Spade (who had a great SXSW show too) and be on the look out for another free download next week from our old friends at The Cooler.....Peace Berk
